Who does this notice affect?

This notice is of relevance to biosecurity industry participants that manage oversize tyre inspections at first point of entry and class 1.1 approved arrangement premises.

What has changed?

We have published the oversized tyres presentation and treatment guide on the department's website. This guide contains information regarding departmental approved methods for safely presenting oversize tyres to biosecurity officers for inspection as well as approved treatment information.

The guide can be found on the 'Importing Tyres' webpage.
