Who does this notice affect?

All clients submitting the below declarations:

  • Full Import Declaration (FID)
  • Long Form Self Assessed Clearance (LFSAC)
  • Short Form Self Assessed Clearance (SFSAC)
  • Cargo Report Self Assessed Clearance (CRSAC)
  • Cargo Report Personal Effects (PE)

All clients required to use the Export / Next Export Documentation (EXDOC/NEXDOC) systems during this planned maintenance period.

Information

Due to scheduled system maintenance at the Department of Home Affairs (DoHA), there will be an outage to the DoHA's Integrated Cargo System (ICS) from 23:00 Saturday 19 July to 04:00 Sunday 20 July 2025 (AEST).

As a result, messaging between the ICS and DAFF systems will be queued and will send following the conclusion of the outage. Clients anticipating responses from the department in relation to the above-listed declaration types may experience some delays in receiving these responses.
