Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) would like to advise members that DP World (Brisbane) Terminal will have a terminal outage on Thursday 10th July 2025 between the zones of 0700hrs - 1600hrs to allow for the rollover from OneStop VBS to Optibook:

Issue: OptiBook Go-Live Thursday 10/07/2025* outage will be 07:00-16:00.
Short Description: -
DP world Brisbane would like to remind all transport carriers that OneStop's OptiBook will be rolled out at the terminal this Thursday 10th July 2025, to assist with the rollout, there will be a terminal outage between the zones of 07:00-16:00 10/07.
All slots have been locked out between these times 10/07.
Please note that to assist with this roll out, there will be a Terminal outage required to allow the rollover from OneStop VBS to OptiBook 10/07/2025.
The planned outage will be 0700-1600 with OneStop VBS inactive as slots locked during this outage.
*** We ask that carriers DO NOT Manifest future time zones from Thursday afternoon / evening and Friday 11/07.
Please be assured that there are MINIMAL changes between the existing process in OneStop vbs now, when booking slots and manifesting trucks that each of you use daily.
There is NO change to how you currently slot and manifest slots and stack runs.
