DAFF - IIAN 208-2025: New email contact information for enquiries relating to approved arrangement class 19

Who does this notice affect?

Biosecurity industry participants and accredited persons operating under the department's approved arrangement class 19; Continued Biosecurity Competency (CBC) providers and Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

What has changed?

Effective 1 July 2025, there will be a single point of contact for all approved arrangement class 19 enquiries. The department's new email address is: class19@aff.gov.au.

This mailbox will respond to email enquiries regarding:

• registrations, variations, and cancellations for approved arrangement class 19 (approved arrangement managers and accredited persons)
• fees and charges relating to approved arrangement class 19
• the approved arrangement class 19 Learnhub tenancy
• Continued Biosecurity Competency (CBC) training requirements
• general enquiries or issues relating to approved arrangement class 19 and the Highly Compliant Importer (HCI) scheme
• AEPCOMM BICON accounts.

Further information

Emails sent to the existing AEPsupport@aff.gov.au and AEP.arrangements@aff.gov.au mailboxes will be redirected to the new class19@aff.gov.au email address for a short period to ensure enquires do not go unanswered. The department strongly encourages industry to update any contact information with the new email address.
