DAFF - IIAN 201-2025: Unplanned Service Disruption: Friday 27 June 2025 – BICON website

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) have received the following information from Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) regarding a current unplanned service disruption to the BICON website. Information Start time: As of 08:00 Friday 27 June 2025 (AEST)). Detail: The BICON website is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, users may be experiencing significant service degradation (e.g. excessive slowness / an inability to load BICON web pages). Action This issue is under urgent investigation, and the department will advise once services have been restored. Users are advised to avoid making payments via the BICON website until services have been restored. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
