Detail:

The department is currently experiencing an unplanned service disruption to it's automated documentation processing services for consignments of imported goods lodged via Self-Assessed Clearance (SAC).

As a result, there may be unexpected delays to the department's processing times for consignments lodged via the above-listed declaration types.

Action

Clients submitting the above declarations are advised to submit associated documentation to the department via email to SACNCC@aff.gov.au.The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
