Purpose This Market Access Advice (MAA) is to notify exporters that updated health certificate templates for fish and fish products to Indonesia will be available in the Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) system from 19 June 2025. Please note, there are no changes to certificate template names or the Request for Export (REX) process. Summary of key points The Indonesian Quarantine Authority (IQA) has notified Australia of new health certificate requirements for fish and fish products exported to Indonesia. These amendments include both administrative updates and changes that impact certificate endorsements. The notified IQA model certificate includes the following endorsement: "The fish and fish products have been inspected within 24 hours prior to the signing of this certificate, by and under control of the Competent Authority." The IQA has confirmed that Australia's inspection system meets the requirements of the above endorsement. The amended health certificate templates will be available in NEXDOC from 19 June 2025.
