Who does this notice affect?

All clients required to use the department's Biosecurity Import Conditions System (BICON) during this planned maintenance period.

All clients submitting the below declarations:

• Full Import Declaration (FID)
• Long Form Self Assessed Clearance (LFSAC)
• Short Form Self Assessed Clearance (SFSAC)
• Cargo Report Self Assessed Clearance (CRSAC)
• Cargo Report Personal Effects (PE)
• Master Consolidator Declaration Forms

All users of the Seasonal Pests (SeaPest) system.

All clients required to use the Export Documentation (EXDOC) system during this planned maintenance period.

All clients required to use the eCertificates exports portal who will be required to view or download export certification during this planned maintenance period.

Information

Due to scheduled infrastructure maintenance, the following services and systems will experience intermittent outages during two separate outage windows, occurring (respectively) between 00:00 to 08:00 Saturday 21 June, and between 16:00 to 23:59 Sunday 22 June 2025 (AEST):

• BICON
• DAFF messaging services
• eCertificates Exports Portal
• EXDOC
• SeaPest

Clients anticipating responses from the department in relation to the above-listed declaration types may experience some delays in receiving these responses during the outage windows.

Action

BICON users are advised to frequently save any in-progress permit applications during this planned maintenance period.
