DAFF - IIAN 155-2025: Scheduled Service Disruption: Wednesday 21 May 2025 – DAFF web-based applications

Who does this notice affect

All clients required to use Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) web-based applications during this planned maintenance period.

Information

Due to scheduled network maintenance, there will be a brief service degradation (several seconds up to approximately 3 minutes) to DAFF web-based applications and services between 20:30 to 21:00 Wednesday 21 May 2025 (AEST).

The DAFF applications and services which may be affected by the service degradation include, but may not be limited to:

• Cargo Online Lodgement System (COLS)
• Maritime and Aircraft Reporting System (MARS)
• Post Entry Biosecurity System (PEBS)

Action

No action required. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
