Purpose
This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) advises Next Export Documentation (NEXDOC) users of a planned system outage and what they can do to minimise disruption to their exports.
Key Points
The department has planned NEXDOC system maintenance that will require an outage to complete. NEXDOC will be unavailable Sunday 4 May 8.00pm - 10.00pm (AEST).
What you can do
If you require export documents from NEXDOC dated Sunday 4 May, please ensure you obtain them before 8:00pm AEST.
