ABF Upcoming Outage

On Sunday the 06 April 2025, the Department's ICT service provider is implementing an essential yearly update due to the change over from Australian Daylight Savings Time to Australian Eastern Standard Time.

The outage window will be from 01:00AM (AEST) to 05:00AM (AEST) on Sunday the 06 APRIL 2025.

Industry clients should make arrangements to have cargo cleared outside of these hours. However, EDI messages sent during this outage period stated above will queue and be processed once connectivity is restored.
