Detail:
Between 11:30 and 15:58 on Monday 03 March 2025 (AEDT), the BICON external website was experiencing an unplanned service disruption. As a result, users may have experienced service degradation (e.g. slowness) and/or an inability to load webpages within the BICON external website.
This issue has now been resolved, and clients can now access all BICON website services as normal.

No action required. The department apologises for any inconvenience caused.
