CargoWise Messaging Delays

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has received reports from members of messaging delays with CargoWise.
FTA have addressed the matter with CargoWise Support who have acknowledged the issue which is currently being investigated.
CargoWise have suggested users report any issues via eRequest and to ensure to subscribe to receive Service Issues Notifications which will ensure you receive automated emails, which CargoWise look to update hourly until resolved.
