Qantas Freight - Invoice Update

Invoices for domestic shipments will be distributed via email to the normal recipients for invoices as follows:

• From 28 Nov 2023, covering the period of 24 to 30 Sep 2023

• From 5 Dec 2023, covering the period of 1 to 7 Oct 2023.

Subject to our reconciliation process, the remaining weekly domestic invoices will be sent via email at a rate of one to two per week, with the aim of being back on track with normal weekly invoicing by late Jan 2024. For account customers, invoices can be viewed online.

Concurrently, we're reconciling international Terminal Service Fees and will provide an update on timings for distribution once confirmed.
