An Independent Technical Advisory Committee (ITAC) provides oversight of the Port of Townsville's Channel Upgrade project.

The ITAC Chair, Dr Brett Kettle, will provide an update to the public online and in person at the Port of Townsville on Thursday, 7 December from 2pm.

To attend, please complete the registration form on the link below.

You will be emailed a Microsoft Teams link for online attendance the day prior to the event, or if attending in person, Port entry requirements.

Registrations close at midnight on 6 December 2023.

This will be held online and in person at the Port of Townsville from 2pm.

ITAC meetings are subject to a code of conduct defined in the Coordinator General's approval and available on the Port of Townsville's website.

The Townsville Port Channel Upgrade is a joint project of the Queensland and Australian governments, and the Port of Townsville.
