WTO - Advanced course on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Agreement begins in Geneva

An Advanced Course on the WTO Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and 

Phytosanitary Measures (SPS Agreement) started on 10 October at the WTO with 

the participation of 26 government officials from 26 different members. This two-week 

training programme aims at providing attendees with tools and resources to play an 

active role in improving the implementation of the SPS Agreement in their countries.
