Purpose

This Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to notify all NEXDOC users, of an expected system maintenance and associated outage from 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm (AEST) Sunday 9 July 2023. 

Key points 

The following services will be unavailable during the system outage window:

• Submitting or processing a Request for Permit (RFP)
• Authorising a RFP
• Processing, amending or issuing certification through EXDOC
• Remote printing certificates
• Transmitting e-Cert messages

Please ensure you note the expected system outage timings.

If certification or export permits are required during the outage period, exporters will need to ensure that the impacted REXs are at 'COMP' status and printed prior to the outage.

• If you are requesting export declarations (EDNs) through EXDOC you must obtain clear EDNs prior to 8.00pm.
