PurposeThis Industry Advice Notice (IAN) is to notify all export documentation (EXDOC) system users of expected system maintenance and an associated outage from 12:00 pm to 11:59 pm (AEST) on Sunday 18 June 2023. Key pointsThe following services will be unavailable during the system outage window: - Submitting or processing a Request for Permit (RFP)
- Authorising a RFP
- Processing, amending or issuing certification through EXDOC
- Remote printing certificates
- Transmitting e-Cert messages
The purpose of the system maintenance is to enhance the cybersecurity and reliability of EXDOC. Please note, this will not impact your software. Exporter responsibilitiesPlease ensure you note the expected system outage timings. If certification or export permits are required during the outage period, exporters will need to ensure that the impacted RFPs are at 'COMP' status and printed prior to the outage. If overtime is required for assessment or certificate collection on 18 June 2023, please email FoodExports@agriculture.gov.au immediately. Please ensure you have "Client Query – Overtime" in your heading. If you intend to request export declarations (EDNs) via EXDOC and anticipate a cut-off time coinciding with the outage window, you must obtain a cleared EDN prior to the outage.
