Attachment B - Customs broker licence conditions.pdf
Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has received advice from the Australian Border Force (ABF) that they are currently conducting a review of the additional licence conditions attached to a customs broker licence.
The ABF is seeking industry feedback on the proposed new conditions and proposed amendments to the current additional licence conditions – furthermore, the ABF is also seeking feedback on any ideas on new conditions that industry believe would be beneficial to implement.
Documents received this morning are:
Attachment A
– proposed new additions to the customs broker licence; and
Attachment B
– a full list of the current licence conditions attached to a customs broker licence; noting the statutory conditions are not in scope for this review.
