From 1 April 2023, new by-laws will be made for certain concessional items as part of the legislative instruments sunsetting arrangements .
To claim concessional rates of customs duty for eligible imported goods under Schedule 4 of the Customs Tariff Act 1995, the new by-law numbers must be quoted on import declarations made on or after this date.

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has received advice from the Australian Border Force (ABF) that the revised Customs Tariff Working Pages will soon be published on the ABF website with the ACN.
