60 Day Industry Notice for Tariff Adjustments
Effective from 1 January 2023, customers are advised that VICT will implement the following revised tariffs:- Import Storage Charges
- Late Receival Fee
- Maritime Security Levy
- Vehicle Booking System Charges
As Australia's first and only fully automated container terminal, we are committed in continually investing in our systems and people to provide productivity and efficiencies for both our quayside and landside customers.
VICT has completed its annual review of our public landside tariffs to commence from 1 January 2023. The changes factor in tariff lines being reduced, kept as current and adjusted to factor in for the increasing costs of materials, parts, fuel and utilities to provide the service for our landside customers.
We have worked closely with our software development provider to create a new discounted Slot Fee called Best Pick. Transport carriers who utilise this feature will reduce their own costs and improve their individual truck turn time.
VICT are strong supporters of the Victorian Department of Transport Voluntary Pricing for Stevedore Landside Charges and would like to invite all parties to submit their enquiries related to the tariffs to customer@vict.com.au.
Our responses will be directly provided as apart of our 30 day notice.

Description- Import Storage charges apply to full and empty import containers held at the Terminal after the Free Storage Period of 3 days. Payment is required via ComPay in www.1-stop.biz to enable the Transport Company to book a time slot to pick up the container.
Procedure
1-Stop will provide the following information to carriers;- First Availability – Commences from vessels ATA.
- First Free Day (discharge complete before 06:00 = 1st day, discharge completed after 06:00 = 1st day is the following day).
- Storage Start Date – Import Storage Charges are applicable per calendar day from this date.
- Storage enquiries prior to payment can be accessed via www.1-stop.biz > Products > ComPay.

- Storage – charged per calendar day after the expiry of the Free Storage Period.
- Reefer Services- charged per calendar day in addition to the daily storage charges on live reefers.
- Yard Handling Fee – a single charge applied to the first day after the expiry of the Free Storage Period.
- Hazardous Fee – charged per calendar day in addition to the daily storage charges on all hazardous containers (including empty hazardous with residue).
