Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has kept members regular informed of the impeding cessation of support by Microsoft to Internet Explorer 11 on June 15 2022 .
The Integrated Cargo System (ICS) has for some time been accessible with other browsers - Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
However this is not the case with The Tariff and Precedents Information Network (TAPIN)
FTA is represented by Head of Customs & Regulatory - Susan Danks on the Australian Border Force (ABF) Integrated Cargo System (ICS) Technical Working Group (TWG).
At a recent ICS TWG meeting ABF advised that they are working to deliver capability to use TAPIN with Microsoft Edge by mid June with the view for there to be functionality with Google Chrome and other browsers in mid September.
FTA has been advocating for TAPIN to be accessible via other browsers for some time and welcomes this advice.
