Truck curfews

The Victorian Government is making sure essential supplies get to where they need to go as pressure on supply chains increase due to staff shortages.

The Department is working closely with the ports, freight and logistics sector to maintain Victoria's supply chain.

Heavy vehicles are able to pass time-based curfew "no trucks" signs when they are making deliveries of food or personal hygiene products to retail outlets.

The order applies until 30 June 2022 and will be reviewed in June 2022.

Heavy vehicles can also remain in loading zones for the time required to make these deliveries.
