The national biosecurity strategy consultation draft has been released for comment.
This will be Australia's first national biosecurity strategy and will set the direction for the future of the national biosecurity system. This strategy is for all Australians, and your input is important.
The consultation draft captures views from stakeholders about how the biosecurity system needs to evolve. It outlines a vision and purpose, priority areas and initial proposed actions. It also includes questions for stakeholders to consider when reading and providing comment on the consultation draft.
Your input will help shape the final national biosecurity strategy – including further actions, implementation and next steps.
