ACFS Port Logistics has asked CTAA to broadcast the following message to the container logistics sector across Australia regarding its current major IT systems' outage: Broadcast from ACFS Port Logistics: At present, ACFS Port Logistics is experiencing an IT related incident impacting our core infrastructure. This has resulted in a number of core systems being unavailable. ACFS is currently in the process of restoring critical systems based on business priorities. At this point in time ACFS is unable to provide a precise time for service restoration. As systems come back online ACFS will be reaching out to notify the industry . ACFS will be releasing further updates throughout the course of the afternoon. Please note ACFS is treating this incident with the utmost priority and is looking tostore systems as soon as practicable. Further to the above, ACFS Empty Depots are still accepting De-hires should you require to de-hire a container. Driver and Container details are being collated at the office through a manual process, and upon the system coming back online your container will be gated in accordingly. Export Pick-up /Releases at this stage are not being processed and ACFS would ask for your understanding during this time.
