The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade invites written submissions from individuals or organisations on the negotiations to upgrade AANZFTA.
Interested stakeholders may wish to focus their submissions on specific areas to be covered as part of the AANZFTA upgrade: rules of origin, customs procedures (to include trade facilitation), services, investment, e-commerce, competition (to include consumer protection) and government procurement. AANZFTA parties have also agreed to discuss how economic cooperation on trade and sustainable development issues could be undertaken under AANZFTA.
