REVIEW - PBLIS Mandatory Standards / Ports and Maritime Administration Regulation

A final opportunity remains to provide feedback on the review of the Ports and Maritime Administration Regulation 2012 and proposed amendments to the Port Botany Landside Improvement Strategy (PBLIS) Mandatory Standards.

Feedback on the Draft Regulation and the Mandatory Standards can be provided by email to freight@transport.nsw.gov.au or to pzalai@FTAlliance.com.au for incorporation into the FTA / APSA submission.

Submissions can be made on the potential amendments being proposed or any other changes and are due by 19 February 2021.
