Withdrawal of PIA at Svitzer operated ports

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has just received advice from Maersk that the Protected Industrial Action (PIA) that had been implemented by the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) at Svitzer operated ports has been withdrawn.

 "the Maritime Union of Australia has decided to withdraw its current protected industrial action in ports covered by Svitzer Australia's National Towage Enterprise Agreement from midday, Wednesday 20^th January 2021."
