Dear Valued Customer,
With the full reefer yard density and extremely limited reefer plug availability in Dalian, China, we would like to inform you that Hamburg Süd will stop all new reefer bookings effective 15th January 2021, into Dalian until further notice.
Furthermore, we would like to take the following actions with all existing reefer bookings to Dalian:
a) For existing bookings without empty container pick up, we will discuss and cancel the bookings to avoid any issues at later stage.
b) For existing bookings with empty container pick up, we will discuss with you on alternatives.
