Port of Brisbane Supply Chain Awareness Workshop - Wednesday, 26 February 2020

CTAA is again hosting one of our unique Port of Brisbane Supply Chain Awareness Workshops on Wednesday, 26 February 2020.

Designed for those wanting a greater understanding of how the container logistics chain really works in practice, the Workshop seeks to demystify landside container logistics processes, while exploring how major stakeholders interact.

Ensure your staff have a greater appreciation of the whole container logistics chain!

The Workshop addresses:
  • What drives operational behaviours by supply chain participants?

  • What can I do to avoid added costs and delays - how do I best work with others in the chain?

  • What is the future for road & rail, container terminals and empty container management?

  • How can efficiency & productivity be improved as the container task grows through the Port of Brisbane?
Ideal for new and existing staff in importers / exporters, freight forwarders, shipping lines, container logistics providers (road & rail), empty container depot operators, consultants & suppliers to the industry, and government departments

The Workshop will be held at the Port of Brisbane Offices, 3 Port Central Ave, Port of Brisbane (8.30am to 4pm) and includes a unique bus tour of container logistics chain facilities.  Morning tea and lunch provided.
