Progressing from an ops/runner clerk through to general operations into a Customs Support role. Our candidate became a licensed Broker in 2008 and assumed responsibility for the department in 2011, Always maintaining a hands-on approach with an engaging leadership style. Moving in March to join an industry colleague, the role has been pushed into a corner where he is the sole broker, classifier, operations, taking care of a role that should have multiple brokers and support staff. Coming from a smaller team, our candidate is hands-on but needs to be surround with people that have the same passion and care for the role
