Department of Agriculture Service Processing

Thursday, October 10, 2019

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) today received advice from the Department of Agriculture that they have become aware of an anomaly that has impacted the management on the escalated tasks queue within their operating systems.

Since this discovery, they have managed to bring the queue back to the 9th October (escalated status) and expect to be back on track within service charter over the next 24-48 hours.

In consideration of above, we ask our members to bare with the department over the coming days whilst this work is undertaken.

If members can refrain from emailing, making phone enquiries etc around LRN status, this will greatly assist in the department aligning officers to attend to the anomaly discovered.

The COLS lodgement Status is available to keep industry duly informed on their individual transactions.

We trust that the abovementioned discovery and resolution will assist moving forward.

We sincerely thank the department for keeping our members abreast of the situation.
