Guide To Claiming Preferential Tariff Treatment Under CPTPP for Goods Imported to Australia

The Department of Home Affairs has released a guide that explains how to determine whether goods that are imported to Australia are eligible for preferential rates of customs duty under the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (commonly known as TPP-11) as in force for Australia on 30 December 2018 in accordance with the Customs Act 1901 and the CPTPP rules of origin.
