Who does this notice affect?

Importers and brokers of cargo who are awaiting clearance or document assessment from the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources since the 14th of December 2018.

Information

An additional AIMS fix has been successfully deployed today which has resolved the issues that were causing delays to document processing and inspection clearances.

Although the technical issues have now been resolved, there will be some residual delays to clearances as the backlog of assessments and inspections is being cleared.

The department would like to thank you for your patience and wish you all the best for the holiday period.
