Who does this notice affect?

Importers and brokers of cargo who are awaiting clearance or document assessment from the Department of Agriculture on 14 December 2018.

Information

The Department of Agriculture is experiencing issues with the processing of all declarations types (except SAC) and processing delays are expected.

This is causing issues with the submission of documents through COLS, please see IAN for advice.

The fix identified is more complex than initial analysis indicated, as such the fix will be deployed this evening/tonight.
