We are pleased to announce the acquisition of EB Transport by Direct Couriers, effective from February 1st 2017.
Direct Couriers share similar values around honesty, integrity, and commitment to providing the highest levels of service to its customers, whilst also being extremely committed to their people and values. Our aligned commitment, values and service offerings, we believe, will be beneficial to our client base. This acquisition will allow us to offer more services across a wider range of logistic solutions. including improved technological capabilities, thus expanding your logistics options.
Whilst you will see over time a change to our brand, we want to make it clear that our staff's commitment to deliver on what they promise remains the same.
You will now be able to access a nationwide service. Direct Couriers are an Australian owned and operated business with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Auckland New Zealand. With over 650 vehicles and more than 130 staff nationwide. Direct specialise in same day courier and Taxi Truck Services, exclusive hourly hire, Warehousing, LCL and Airfreight cartage, container unpacks and customized solutions 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
For all EB Transport customers, it will be business as usual with all the EB Transport staff moving across to Direct Couriers. There will be no change to your normal contacts, contact numbers, online bookings, general processes, billing, or accounting functions.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank and acknowledge our staff and drivers for their hard work, commitment, and dedication. To work with such an incredible team of people has been an absolute privilege. They really have been the heart of our company.
