The independent review of the Horticulture Code of Conduct (the code) has now been completed. This review was undertaken by Mr Mark Napper and Mr Alan Wein.
The review comes at an important time, as the current code is scheduled to sunset in April 2017 unless it is re-made by the government. The review process has afforded interested persons with the opportunity to have their say on how the code could be improved, and the recommendations will help to inform the government about the future of the code.
