ACCC review: Joint Consortium proposed acquisition of Asciano Ltd - decision to not oppose

Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has just received the following advice from the ACCC

Today the ACCC announced its decision not to oppose the proposed acquisition of Asciano Limited  by a consortium comprising Brookfield, Qube & Others.
