United Cargo is very pleased to announce we have appointed The Aviation Group (also known as TAG Support Services) our new General Sales Partner in Australia, effective July 1, 2015.
The Aviation Group (TAG) is a "next frontier" organisation that delivers efficient support services and business solutions to airlines, ground handlers, terminal operators and others in the Australian aviation industry. They have a well-earned reputation for innovation, customer focus and a "can do" attitude, and they are committed to delivering services of the highest quality while adhering to the industry's best practices.
Along with our change in service partners, we will also be adjusting our sales and services processes.
Effective July 1, we will consolidate our business within Australia and New Zealand and begin handling all bookings and other enquiries from our Sydney office. No matter where our customers may be in Australia or New Zealand, they will be able to conduct all United Cargo-related business by contacting one office.
Please note we are still finalizing our new contact info effective July 1, and we will provide the details in another message to you soon. In the meantime, you may continue to contact us using our current phone numbers and email addresses.
