Fremantle Ports - Upcoming Protected Industrial Action between MUA & Teekay Shipping (Australia)

Fremantle Ports has issued the following notice:

As a customer who might have bunkered fuel previously at the Port of Fremantle, we are writing to advise you of the potential for Protected Industrial Action (PIA) in the coming weeks due to ongoing enterprise agreement negotiations between the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) and Teekay Shipping (Australia) Pty Ltd, which may affect bunkering operations. 

While Fremantle Ports is not directly involved in the dispute, we wanted to provide our customers with the opportunity to forward plan to reduce the potential impact of any industrial action.
