Customs Law Update - Summer 2024

In this webinar Russell Wiese of CGT Law will provide guidance on customs compliance issues identified in the 2023 Wrap-up of the Goods Compliance Update in addition to an update on recent Tariff Concession Order (TCO) caselaw.

Russell will also provide an overview of a recent Administrative Appeals Tribunal decision concerning a TCO application. The decision demonstrates how the Tribunal will determine substitutable use and the relevance of issues such as cost and quality.
