DPW MUA Protected Industrial Action - Update 30 : Latest Update

Further to the previous update to members this morning, further developments in the dispute has been reported leading into the weekend.
Following is the latest from each terminal :
 


FREMANTLE

At 5.20pm AEDT this afternoon, DP World Fremantle released the following detail :

Please be advised, Due to Industrial Action there is NO R+D ops This evening, Friday 12/01. 
All slots currently booked will be cancelled.
R & D ops resume Saturday 13/01 @ 0600 
Vessel schedule remains unchanged. ELA Imports LFD is still Saturday 12/01. 
Northern Jubilee Exports now cut off On TUESDAY 16/01 @ 1200

At 12.15pm AEDT this afternoon, DP World Fremantle released the following detail :

Please see below Weekend + Monday R+D Ops-
Shifts and Break times –
SAT – 0600-1200 Break 0830-0855/1130-1155
SUN – 0600-1200 Break 0945-1030
MON – NO R + D OPS
Imports -
ELA – LFD 13/01
Exports –
NJB – cut off TUES 16/01 @ 1200
GWV – Cut off 20/01 @ 1200 
Redirections - 
ANL & CMA-CGM MT20'GPs & MT40'HCs redirected to QUBE or TYNE until otherwise advised.
All OOCL MTs marked for DP World are to be redirected to ACFS-TYNE until otherwise advised.
PIA reminder - from Monday 15th @ 0600, 2-hour stoppages at 0400, 1200 and 2000 each day. 
There will be no road or vessel ops during these stoppages.

 


BRISBANE

At 9.00am AEDT this morning, DP World Brisbane released the following detail :

Please be reminded that as per previous ONESTOP notices, there ARE no Reefer and no old yard / OOG operations today, this applies until tomorrow morning, Saturday 13/01 from 07:00.
All REEFER SLOTS HAVE BEEN CLEARED FOR TODAY - PLEASE LIST these slots if you're unable to utilise and we will cancel.


At 8.50am AEDT this morning, DP World Brisbane released the following detail :

Please be REMINDED that TODAY- Friday (Today), 12/01 there will be an 3 hour Terminal IT Outage. Please note that Terminal operations will be offline between 10:00 to 13:00 TODAY - Friday 12/01.
Please be aware that last slot will be 09:00 12/01 for In-gates to be closed from 10:00 12/01.

 


MELBOURNE

At 2.55pm AEDT this afternoon, DP World West Swanson released the following detail :

Due to protected industrial action DPW WST will not open for road operations on Friday 12th Jan from 1400hrs, until Friday 12th Jan 2200hrs.
Slots in these zones will be cancelled.
The road is proposed to reopen at 2200hrs Friday 12th Jan.
Further updates will be provided this afternoon as information becomes available, please check the daily 1-Stop Notifications. We are actively working to reduce service disruptions and will keep you updated.

At 11.00am AEDT this morning, DP World West Swanson released the following detail :

Please note DPW WST road operations are anticipated to re-commence from 0600hrs Sat 13th.
Operating times will be as follows.
Sat 13th Day Shift
0600hrs-1000hrs
Sat 13th Evening Shift
1400hrs-1800hrs.
Sat 13th Night Shift
CLOSED
Sun 14th Day Shift
0600hrs-1000hrs
Sun 14th Evening Shift
1400hrs-1800hrs
Sun 14th Night Shift
2200hrs-0200hrs.
Please continue to monitor your emails and 1-stop notifications over the weekend. Any changes to these times will be communicated as soon as they are confirmed.
Can those carriers with planned stack runs please reach out to R&D for re-planning.

SYDNEY

At 2.15pm AEDT this afternoon, DP World Port Botany released the following detail :

YM SUCCESS 173N / 173S will now perform a FULL EXCHANGE
(Import and Export Cargo) at Hutchinson / Sydney.


At 11.30am AEDT this morning, DP World Port Botany released the following detail :

Please note due to ongoing PIA conditions, Tuesday 16/1 Bookings as follows:
Dayshift: Slots 0700 - Last zone 1000 Zone.
Evening Shift: Slots 1500 last Zone will be 1800. 
Night Shift: Slots 2300 - 0000.


At 6.50am AEDT this morning, DP World Port Botany released the following detail :

This morning DPW has attempted to engage employees in full R&D operations, this has not been accepted by CMMFEU members who have refused to work as required by DPW.
DPWA management apologises for impact this has on our customers' business and we appreciate your patience as we actively try to resolve this situation.



FTA / APSA will report more detail on the impacts on Port Botany, Melbourne, Brisbane  and Fremantle operations as information comes to hand. 
Members are encouraged to also monitor 1-Stop notices for announcements from each respective terminal.
