Qantas Freight - Impacts of Cyclone Jasper on freight movements

Due to tropical Cyclone Jasper, services to and from Cairns (CNS) have been cancelled until at least 1000 local time on 14 Dec 2023. Our facilities remain closed and freight cannot be lodged or collected until the terminal reopens. Flights to and from other ports in the region may also be disrupted on 14 Dec 2023.

Existing freight bookings are being reaccommodated on later flights. Customers with impacted bookings can log in to your account or manage your booking online to change flights. Please note that where flights continue to operate in the region, capacity may be limited due to restricted uplift.
