Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) has just received advice from the executive of corporate member, Manton Air-Sea Pty Ltd, that FedEx Corp. (NYSE:FDX) has agreed to acquiire their entire business and operations.
In a public statement, Fedex has stated "Manton's capabilities complement and expand the FedEx portfolio of offerings essential to the rapidly growing global commerce landscape".
