Fremantle Terminal General Manager Operations, Head of Continuous Improvement

I'm writing to update you about some changes to the Fremantle and Continuous Improvement teams.

Fremantle General Manager Operations, Luke Westlake, will soon be leaving DP World Australia to take up an opportunity in the North-West shelf of Western Australia.

Since starting with the business in May 2016, Luke has brought steady leadership and had an overwhelmingly positive impact on the team in Fremantle. Luke's last day will be 30 November 2017. We wish Luke and his family every success as they head north for the new adventure.

Stefan Reynolds will step into the role of Fremantle General Manager, Operations, effective 11 December 2017. For the past nine months, Stefan has led key process improvement projects in Melbourne and nationally as Head of Continuous Improvement, Operations.

With over 10 years' operational experience in the container transport and logistics field, Stefan brings a high calibre of operational and change leadership experience to Fremantle. In his recent position as Manager of Capacity, Planning, Gate and Operations Projects with Ports of Auckland, Stefan worked closely with a large team as well as other departments, to continuously focus and strive for exceptional levels of performance and customer service.

Stefan will head to Fremantle next week to begin a hand-over with Luke.

Back in Melbourne, Troy Sparkman will join the DP World Australia team as Head of Continuous Improvement, Operations, effective 30 October 2017.

Troy has 28 years in the rail transport and logistics industry, and has worked in most states and regional areas of Australia during this time. Troy has a significant understanding of supply chain and operational management having held General Manager roles with Aurizon, most recently as the General Manager service delivery for the Interstate Intermodal business, and Regional Integration Manager responsible for operational optimisation and transformation of the Hunter Valley and West Moreton supply chains.

With pride,

Max Kruse
