WiseTech Global has announced the acquisition of Prolink – a market leader in customs and forwarding compliance solutions in Taiwan.
Prolink provides automated customs compliance and forwarding solutions to over 350 corporations including DHL and UPS; and many of the largest logistics service providers in Taiwan and China.
As with the acquisitions in Germany, Italy and Brazil earlier this year and the recent acquisition of Digerati, the transaction is in line with WiseTech's stated strategy of accelerating long-term organic growth through small, valuable acquisitions across new geographies and adjacencies.
