For parties affected by the non-arrival of the Wehr Trave

Hunt & Hunt has reviewed an offer from the solicitors for the owners of the Wehr Trave.  Under the offer the Wehr Trave will proceed to Sydney and discharge all cargo in Sydney.
 
Cargo owners will be responsible for the costs of the voyage.  A response to the offer has been requested by 11am London time today.
