Further to previous member notice, Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) have received an update from dnata of the relocation of their T2 operations in Sydney :
Dear Valued Customer,
Please note the following:
Due to regulatory restraints, cargo arriving on and prior to 30 April will be available for collection from Matraville .
Cargo previously landed and located at T2 Matraville MUST be collected before midday Friday 03 May. Additional charges may be incurred if this cargo remains uncollected.
Matraville Hours of Operation –
30th - 0400-1400hrs (Bond deliveries only)
1st - 0400-1400hrs (Bond deliveries only)
2nd - 0400-1400hrs (Bond deliveries only)
3rd - 0400-1200hrs (Final day - Bond deliveries only)

Cargo arriving from 1st May will be available for collection from Unit 11 in the Discovery Cove complex at 1801 Botany Road Banksmeadow.
Discovery Cove Hours of Operation From 01 May:
Monday – Friday 0400-1600 Saturday & Sunday 0600-1400
Cargo collection is through prearranged slot times only. If you have not been allocated a fixed slot time by dnata please contact SYDT2CustomerService@dnata.com.au who will advise availability and provide access to the ad-hoc booking system.
